Cost Efficiency
We commit ourselves to ensuring the highest possible standards of maintenance and repair consistent with the requirements of each individual property. This is reflected in service charges which are seen to provide good value for money.
Financial Management
We set equally high standards in respect of our financial management for buildings under our care; Lessees funds are kept in protected trust-status accounts and management accounts are maintained within our company so that up to date financial information is always available.
Transparent Fees
There is complete transparency in relation to our fees. We set a fixed fee for all our services, to reflect the needs of your property, rather than a fee linked to service charge expenditure. We do not receive any other fee or benefit in relation to a building managed, for instance insurance commission - any such benefits are passed on to the Lessees.
Personal Contact
You will have direct contact with a dedicated Property Manager and Director who will always be available to deal with issues as they arise. Stonedales low staff turnover ensures continuity of service and personal contact.
Summary
